Easter! What a beautiful joyous time of the year! A time to celebrate the One who gives us life and gave His life for us!
Mom and Dad came down to our house to celebrate Easter. Nana, Gramps, Nanna, Pop, Bobby, Cora, Mikaella, Nikolas, Brady, Breecia and I all went to the Dallas Arboretum for our Easter gathering. We all brought food to have a picnic. It drizzled and rained the whole way there. Brady and I questioned what we were going to do with the weather looking so dreary. It let up when we arrived and we all enjoyed our picnic lunch of roasted chicken, ham, beans, potato salad, bread, and dessert. Just as we all finished eating it started raining again. Everyone grabbed all of our belongings and went underneath an awning and spread out the picnic blanket and we camped out there for a while until it quit raining. After about 30-40 minutes, the weather improved. The flowers, mostly tulips, were so amazing! They were every color imaginable to the point they looked fake!! Gosh, they were beautiful! We got a few pictures with Breecia in the tulips... as much as she would cooperate :) We all had a really good time.
